TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your date is secured upon signing the agreement and payment of a 50% retainer.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Travel within Lake Como, Milan is included. For other destinations, a custom quote will be provided.
The final gallery will be delivered within 10 days.
All images are carefully edited in the photographer’s signature style.
Black and white images may represent approximately 10–20% of the final gallery.
USAGE & PRIVACY
The listed pricing reflects a special rate granted in exchange for the photographer’s right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media.
By confirming the booking at these rates, you agree to this usage.
If you prefer full privacy, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available for an additional fee of 25%.
RESERVATION
The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers the preparation process, including:
– consultation and planning
– location guidance and recommendations
– proposal scenario development
– timeline and logistics coordination
FORCE MAJEURE
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, the photographer will provide a replacement with a similar style, experience, and professional level.
